Prices

The prices are inclusive utilities, WiFi, bed linnen and towels.

In the main season (July and August) only the entire house can be rented, for a minimum period of one week.

The pool is operational from 15 May until 1 October.

Additional costs for cleaning and for deposit /security:

Payment

Down payment to confirm the booking is 15% of the rental price.

The remaining rent, deposit and cleaning costs need to be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival.

The deposit (security) will be returned within 1 week after departure, if no damage occurred.

Cancellation

Ø Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival is without costs

Ø For cancellation between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival the costs are equal to the down payment.

Ø Cancellation costs after 4 weeks before arrival are 50% of the rental price.

House rules

Ø Cars are to be parked on the parking lot half way the driveway (end of the asphalted part). Cars can be parked

the house for loading and unloading luggage. Only applies if the house is rented to various parties.

Ø The towels are for in-house usage and should not be used outside the house for sun bathing, swimming, etc.

Ø Towels for outside use are to be provided by the guests themselves.

Ø Smoking in the house is prohibited

Ø The outside furniture, pizza oven and BBQ are for common use. Please remove your personal belongings

when you leave the house /site and keep the furniture in a neat condition.

Ø The tap water is drinkable and of excellent quality.

Ø Please be aware of the other guests and refrain from being loud or making noise after 22.00

Ø Using to pool is fully at own risk

Ø It is prohibited to jump or dive in the pool

Ø Close the pool deck when children are present that cannot swim very well, if unsupervised.
